At Chokho Jeeman Mumbai, (associated with Karni Lifestyle Ventures), we take great care to ensure that all our products — including sweets, cookies, and namkeen — are prepared and packed to the highest standards of freshness and hygiene.
Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we have a strict no-return policy.
Returns
We do not accept returns of any products once they have been purchased. This policy helps maintain the quality and safety of our edible goods.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are considered only in genuine cases and are approved at our sole discretion. Refunds are typically issued under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at connect@karnilife.com. Include your order number and clear photos/videos showing:
- The outer packaging (before opening)
- The shipping label
- The damaged or defective product
- Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt with supporting photos.
- Refund Process:
- Verification: Our team will review your case and evidence.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (via Razorpay or UPI) within 3–5 working days.
Non-Eligibility: Claims submitted after 24 hours or without valid proof will not be eligible for refund.
Final Decision: All refund approvals are at the sole discretion of Chokho Jeeman Mumbai.
Refunds are not applicable for:
Orders delayed due to courier or logistics issues
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
Refusal to accept delivery
Change of mind after dispatch
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to the perishable nature of our products.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please refer to the Refunds section above.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement only.
After this window, cancellations are not accepted as orders are immediately processed for preparation and dispatch.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Gifts
Gift hampers or gift orders are non-returnable unless items are received damaged or incorrect.
Please report such cases within 24 hours of delivery with photos for verification.
