Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
- After placing the order, the customer can cancel or customize the order within 24 hours if they wish by emailing us at connect@karnilife.com. If payment has already been made, the refund will be processed via UPI or RazorPay within 3-5 working days.
- No return or refund request for the order will be accepted once dispatched as the products we sell are mostly perishable. We do not offer any refunds once the order is dispatched. For any valid reasons, if you need to request a refund for an order that hasn’t been prepared, dispatched, or delivered, you can email us.
- Strictly No Change or Exchange policy of the orders. If you wish to change your order, email us within 24 hours or before the order is dispatched.
- In case, by any chance, CJM is unable to ship your item due to some shortage or any shipping issues, then your order will be canceled, & a cancellation notification will be sent to your email address. You will get the refund in 3-5 working days.
- For canceling an order, the request must be made within 24 hours of ordering & only through email connect@karnilife.com. Requests made through phone calls, social media, or WhatsApp will not be considered unless or until the customers get a response from our side on the particular medium.
