Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas
We deliver Items to PAN India (Mainland India). Your order will arrive within 6-7 days depending on the delivery location. Delivery will take less time for the Mumbai area.
2. Delivery in Mumbai
Delivery of items with longer shelf life will take 3-5 days for Mumbai.
Some items with shorter shelf life are available for delivery in Mumbai only. You will have to fill out the form provided on our website (details such as venue, date, time, name, email, phone, etc) & submit it. Then we will confirm your order via email.
However, you can personally collect these products from Mumbai.
3. Shipping Charges
Delivery Fees is calculated based on your location or PIN Code & the total order amount.
4. Packaging
We take utmost care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive fresh & intact. All our packaging is of good quality having the least spilling issues.
5. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation from our side with your order details. Our team will begin preparing your food item ensuring the highest quality.
6. Order Tracking
We will provide a tracking ID to your email once your order is dispatched. You can use this number or ID to track the status of your delivery in real-time.
7. Delivery Issues
We ship our products across India through Shiprocket & it is delivered in the prescribed time. In case of any delay beyond the delivery date, you can contact us by email or Whatsapp number provided. After investigating the case we will get back to you.
